I just received the following notice from a law officer regarding Daniel:

Daniel was arrested in Williamsburg, VA on 2/25/08, and was extradited back to Maryland on 3/11. He is currently out on bond, has a pending court date in Waynesboro, PA for bad checks, and has pending charges in Frederick County, MD. When arrested in Williamsburg, he possessed a 2008 Mercedes which has been repo'd.
